• Our work has been recognized by the University of Oregon’s Around the O publication. In their April 8th, 2021 article, “New study probes the effects of opioid use during pregnancy”, our work examining the perturbations of maternal opioid use during pregnancy on offsprings’ respiratory control is discussed, as well as the scope of the opioid epidemic and the vital necessity of studying these vulnerable populations.
• On April 22nd, 2021 we were honored to have our work described by TreatmentMagazine in their article, What Does Opioid Use During Pregnancy Do to Infant Breathing?.

  • eLife releases a regular podcast aimed at a broad audience featuring interviews with authors of selected research articles.
• eLife Digest
  • eLife digests are offered to authors of selected papers that are deemed especially significant within their field by the Reviewing Editor or from areas of research that we know most interest our audience. They are primarily written for non-scientists (though many scientists have told us that they also value the clarity that eLife digests bring to reading research articles). Hocker et al. 2019 was selected for an eLife digest.
